  • Willing to learn and be able to adapt and succeed in a changing market environment
  • Excellent knowledge or the local market
  • Sales experience and a strong desire to succeed
  • Professionalism and attention to service
  • Must be computer and be Internet savvy
  • Must have a laptop or notebook computer
  • Must have a digital camera
  • Proficient with GAMLS, FMLS
  • Proficient in Lead follow up and conversion
  • Self-motivated. well organized, consistently setting and achieving goals
  • Ability to work in a rapidly expanding business environment
  • Reliable Insured automobile
